Job Summary

The successful candidate will lead the design and development of analog IP, including DDR and PLL circuits, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop analog IP, including DDR and PLL circuits, in accordance with product requirements and industry standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including software engineering, verification, and manufacturing, to ensure seamless integration and delivery of high-quality products.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to junior engineers and contribute to the development of other SerDes-related IPs.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Microelectronics, or a related field, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in analog circuit design.
  • At least 3 years of hands-on experience specializing in DDR or PLL design, with proven ability to lead projects independently and substantial tape-out experience.
  • Experience with FINFET processes is highly desirable.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, responsible, with a positive work attitude and strong communication skills; team player with a collaborative mindset.
Preferred Skills
  • Expertise in analog circuit design and simulation using tools such as Cadence Virtuoso or Synopsys HSPICE.
  • Strong knowledge of digital design principles and methodologies, including digital signal processing and firmware development.
  • Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and version control systems such as Git.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex technical issues and develop creative solutions.
