Job Title: Site Development Manager

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Site Development Manager to join our team. As a key member of our project delivery team, you will be responsible for the supervision and management of site development projects from inception to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and manage site development projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

  • Oversee all aspects of site development, including excavation, construction, and architectural works.

  • Ensure compliance with local regulations and codes, as well as company policies and procedures.

  • Liaise with stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and consultants, to ensure smooth project delivery.

  • Maintain accurate records and reports, including progress updates, technical documents, and site logs.

Requirements:

  • Strong background in civil or structural engineering, with a degree from a recognized university.

  • Registered Resident Engineer with the Joint Accreditation Committee (JAC) of the Institution of Engineers Singapore (IES) and the Association of Consulting Engineers Singapore (ACES).

  • Minimum 10 years' experience in site development, with a strong knowledge of civil engineering work, bored piling, structural steel, and reinforced concrete construction.

  • Familiarity with local regulations and codes, as well as company policies and procedures.

  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and direct a team of site staff.

  • Ability to interpret contract documents and drawings, and resolve site and technical issues.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel, with experience in preparing detailed site progress reports.
