Job Description:

Our team is seeking a Senior Building Services Engineer to oversee the in-house engineering design works of Fire Protection and Plumbing systems. This includes detailed design, hydraulic calculation, shop drawings, pipe sizing, equipment selection, and more.

The successful candidate will manage fire protection and plumbing design coordination with other trades using BIM coordination tools. They will also liaise with suppliers for quotations, select equipment, evaluate technical and commercial aspects, and submit materials for approval.

The role involves coordinating with project schedules to ensure timely delivery of all equipment and materials. The engineer will attend technical coordination meetings with main contractors, consultants, and employers. They will assist the project manager and site personnel in planning, execution, and completion of projects.

Liaising closely with consultants, employers, site supervisors, and workers is essential to meeting project schedules. Assist in preparing progress reports to stakeholders.Required Skills and Qualifications
