  3. Leadership Skills: Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and direct project teams.
  4. Certifications: Certificate in Construction Safety Course for Project Managers.
  5. Skills: Excellent analytical problem-solving skills, strong interpersonal communication skills, and good knowledge of building materials, construction details, relevant rules and regulations, quality, and engineering standards of the relevant authorities.
