Corporate Strategy Executive

We are seeking an experienced Corporate Strategy Executive to lead our strategic planning efforts and drive business growth.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and managing the company's long-term strategic plans, analyzing market trends and industry developments to inform strategy.

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Developing and managing the company's long-term strategic plans.
  2. Analyzing market trends and industry developments to inform strategy.
  3. Leading the annual budgeting process and multi-year financial forecasting.
  4. Collaborating with finance and business units to align financial plans with strategic goals.
  5. Monitoring budget performance and recommending adjustments as needed.
  6. Establishing performance metrics to track progress against strategic objectives.
  7. Preparing regular reports and dashboards for senior management and stakeholders.
  8. Identifying gaps and proposing corrective actions.
  9. Working closely with departments such as Finance, HR, Operations, and Marketing to ensure strategic alignment.
  10. Supporting project prioritization and resource allocation across the organization.
  11. Identifying strategic risks and developing mitigation plans.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Economics / Finance / Business Administration / Management or related discipline.
  • Minimum of 10 years of related work experience in edible oils and fats manufacturing industry and possess over 5 years of experience in a corporate planning role.
  • Strong command of English, with proficiency in spoken and written language.
  • Familiar with corporate culture.
  • Experienced in analyzing accounting items and managing large datasets using Excel (including Pivot Tables) and other tools.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to travel domestically or internationally is needed.
  • High adaptability, attention to detail, and ability to work under tight deadlines.
