About the Role
We are seeking a seasoned Financial Analyst to join our team. As a key member, you will be responsible for providing strategic financial guidance and supporting business growth.
Responsibilities
- Budgeting and Forecasting
You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop annual budgets and forecasts, reviewing and analyzing budget proposals, identifying risks and opportunities. Monitor budget performance, prepare variance reports, and explain deviations.
- Financial Analysis and Reporting
Gather and analyze financial data to assess performance and identify improvement areas. Prepare financial reports, including budget vs. actuals, variance analysis, and KPIs. Monitor financial metrics such as profitability and liquidity, and recommend improvements. Manage Capex process including budget, commitment, and actual tracking with variance analysis. Support cash flow management.
- Financial Modelling and Decision Support
Build financial models for strategic initiatives, investments, and scenario analysis. Evaluate the financial feasibility and ROI of new projects. Provide insights and recommendations based on financial analysis.
- Financial Systems and Process Improvement
Collaborate to improve financial systems and processes, identifying opportunities for automation and efficiency. Participate in system implementation and testing.
