Job Summary

CITY ENERGY PTE. LTD. is seeking a skilled Gas Technician to join our team. As a Gas Technician, you will be responsible for attending to reported gas incidents and gas supply abnormalities, performing site investigations and rectification work, and attending to customer service requests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Incident Response: Attend to reported gas incidents and gas supply abnormalities, including gas fires, poor gas supply pressure, suspected gas leaks, and other related issues.
  • Site Investigations: Perform site investigations and rectification work, including coordination with relevant authorities and external agencies, and submission of reports.
  • Customer Service: Attend to customer service requests, including installation, replacement, and troubleshooting of gas appliances, servicing of gas stoves, and soundness tests on gas installations.
  • Enquiries and Feedback: Handle customers' enquiries and feedback, and perform service recoveries.
  • Meter Readings: Investigate and report on matters related to meter readings abnormality.
  • Account Management: Attend to meter cut-off and account due related matters.
Requirements
  • Education: Diploma/Nitec in Mechanical or any Engineering discipline.
  • Experience: Relevant work experience and technical knowledge in gas, plumbing, sanitary, or electrical systems will be an advantage.
  • Skills: Able to work independently and as a team player, possess good interpersonal and communication skills, with experience in contract management and customer service.
  • Certifications: Possess a driving license (class 2 & 3), preferably with access to personal transport.
