About the Role

We are seeking a talented Data Science Analyst to join our team at PSA International, a leading global port operator and cargo solutions provider. As a member of our Data For Excellence (DFE) team, you will play a key role in driving the application of data science and AI/ML solutions to support our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement data analytics solutions to support business decision-making and drive supply chain transformation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and deliver data-driven insights.
  • Design, develop, and deploy data analytics solutions using machine learning techniques and statistical methods.
  • Analyze high-volume, high-dimensionality data to identify business opportunities and optimize supply chain operations.
  • Work with data science and data engineering teams to implement CRISP-DM methodology and align with PSA data policy and governance standards.

Requirements

  • Expertise in Python programming language and AI/ML libraries/techniques.
  • Experience with data visualization tools, such as Power BI, and data modeling using SSAS or Azure Analysis Services.
  • Full development lifecycle experience for data analytics solutions, including business & data understanding, data preparation, model development, visualization, validation, and deployment.
  • Experience in developing AI/ML models using supervised, unsupervised, and reinforcement machine learning techniques.
  • Ability to learn and apply open-source data science technologies on large datasets.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with diverse stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Data Management, Engineering, or a related field.
  • At least 4 years of experience as a data science analyst or data scientist in developing data analytics solutions and working in a data science team.
