Job Title:
A Japanese Language Expert with Exceptional Administrative Skills
Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and organized individual to join our team as a Japanese Language Expert with exceptional administrative skills. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills in English, Mandarin, and Japanese, as well as experience in attending business dinners and traveling abroad.
Main Responsibilities:
- Administrative Support (40% of time):
- Provide administrative support to the management team by filing documents, assisting other managers with administrative matters, and performing data entry tasks.
Key Responsibilities (60% of time):
- Attend meetings as MD's assistant, prepare minutes, expense claims, arrange overseas travel, schedule adjustments, and attend internal and external conferences.
- Support the MD in attending business dinners with customers and arranging hotel bookings.
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of secretary experience or customer service experience.
- Excellent communication skills in English, Mandarin, and Japanese (JLPT N1) for liaison duties with internal and external Mandarin speaking and Japanese speaking counterparts.
- Ability to perform over-time duties when necessary.
