This position plays a vital part in maintaining our organization's positive image and enhancing our brand reputation. The Public Relations & Communications Manager will be responsible for crafting compelling narratives that inspire and inform team members, while monitoring industry trends and managing our reputation.
Key Responsibilities:- Crafting engaging press releases, founder quotes, investor communications, and speeches for media and social platforms is crucial to this role.
- Developing and executing media strategies to position Vastu as a thought leader in affordable housing finance will help the company grow.
- Championing storytelling for Vastu social impact programs, customer journeys, and partnerships will allow the ideal candidate to showcase their skills.
- Collaborating with PR agencies and journalists to secure coverage across tier 1 and vernacular media channels is essential.
The ideal candidate will have the ability to create impactful content, effectively communicate narratives, and respond to PR opportunities or crises with agility and professionalism.

- Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks efficiently.
