Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Travel Support Specialist to join our team in Singapore.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing expert advice on travel-related matters, including airfares, visas, travel insurance, and other corporate customer requirements.

Able to respond to client emergencies, sudden changes in reservations, and other urgent situations is a must.

  • Previous experience in ticketing (airline ticket reservation) in a B2B travel agency or similar industries is highly desired.
Key Requirements:
  • Proficiency in English and Japanese language is essential to communicate with internal and external stakeholders and clients.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office and ability to enter accurate data into the reservation system and mid-office system for global data reporting purposes.
