Job Description
We are looking for a highly skilled Art Director with experience in multimedia and design software such as Figma, Webflow, and Adobe Suite. As a visionary leader, you will be responsible for guiding projects from concept to final execution, staying ahead of market trends, and fostering an environment of peer-sharing and knowledge transfer.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with copywriters and multimedia designers to generate clear ideas and concepts that make an impact.
- Produce sketches, storyboards, and roughs to visualize creative ideas.
- Delegate tasks effectively while providing direction and support to team members.
- Present completed ideas confidently to clients and team members.
What We're Looking For
- Advanced skills in multimedia and design software such as Figma, Webflow, and Adobe Suite.
- A proactive mindset that embraces ongoing innovation and encourages collaboration among team members.
- Strong leadership abilities with a focus on nurturing the strengths of each team member.

Benefits and Salary
This role comes with a competitive salary of $90,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience. You will also have access to comprehensive benefits, including medical and dental insurance, and a generous paid time off policy.
