  • IT Infrastructure Management
    • Lead or involve in projects as assigned, ensuring timely completion and within budget.
    • Responsible for the maintenance, project management, and operations support of our IT infrastructure.
    • Responsible for M365 maintenance and operation support, ensuring optimal performance and security.
  • Cloud Infrastructure Expertise
    • Involve in New Technology assessment, installation, setup, and testing, making and recommending system proposals and IT security for decision-making.
    • Support on IT Budget Planning, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
    • Involve in IT roadmap and strategy planning, understanding implemented products technology's lifecycle and roadmap.
  • Team Leadership
    • Lead and drive existing core system technical refresh planning and execution.
    • Provides regular updates and reporting on a timely and accurate fashion.
    • Assist superior in establishing, maintaining, and enforcing IT procedure and policy governance.
  • Technical Expertise
    • Plan, lead, and direct fellow IT Engineer's efforts towards assigned tasks and goals.
    • Remediate and rectify escalated issues or problems quickly and efficiently.
    • Implement and manage Windows-based infrastructure and associated technologies.
    • Monitor and maintain the health, performance, and security of Windows servers and systems.
    • Administer Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, and related services.
    • Configure and troubleshoot Hypervisor Nutanix virtualization platforms (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V).
    • Manage Enterprise Backup like Netbackup and Veem.
    • Install, configure, and manage Windows servers and services, including IIS, SQL Server, System Centers, etc.
  • Collaboration and Communication
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and support enterprise-wide solutions.
    • Perform routine system and application updates, patches, and upgrades.
    • Develop and maintain documentation related to system configurations, processes, and procedures.
    • Provide level 2 and level 3 support for Windows-related issues.
    • Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours support as needed.
Requirements
  • Diploma or Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of related experience.
  • Strong knowledge in Active Directory, Active Directory Federation Services (ADFS), SAML, web Single Sign-on (SSO), DNS, TCP/IP Networking.
  • Experienced in Project Management deploying mid-size to enterprise cloud infrastructure projects.
  • Good knowledge in virtualization platforms – Hyper-V and VMware.
  • Good knowledge of Azure platform with Microsoft Azure Administrator (AZ-104) and above.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft 365 with Microsoft 365 Administrator (MS-102) and above.
  • Good understanding of IT architecture, cloud infrastructure, platform solutions design & strategy, and application & system integration.
  • Experience in Team management would be an added advantage.
  • Excellent verbal, written, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, customer orientation, team interaction/effectiveness, proactive, analytical, and decision-making skills.
