Job Title: Junior Sous Chef
\This is an exciting opportunity to join our culinary team as a Junior Sous Chef. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting in the preparation and cooking of menu items, as well as contributing to the development and planning of menus.
\The ideal candidate will have basic culinary skills, good hygiene knowledge, and the ability to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
\As a Junior Sous Chef, you will play a key role in ensuring that high standards of sanitation, cleanliness, and safety are maintained throughout all kitchen areas at all times. This includes maintaining accurate records of stock, deliveries, and wastage, and executing standard recipes and cooking techniques to assure consistency.
\We are looking for a motivated and organized individual who is passionate about food and customer service. If you have a strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills, we would love to hear from you.
