Job Title

A BIM Modeller is required to work in a Civil and Structural Consultancy firm.

The ideal candidate will have a diploma in Civil Engineering or an equivalent recognized certificate, including BIM experience.

  • Minimum 4 years of BIM experience in a Civil and Structural Consultancy firm.
  • Familiar with the latest authority submission requirements.
  • Capable of working independently and carrying out drafting or BIM assignments under minimal supervision.
  • Good planning and organizational skills in managing modelling and drafting works.

The successful candidate will participate in BIM implementation, standards, modelling workflow and methodology. They will prepare detailed design drawings, models and the drawing production. The candidate will also collaborate and coordinate with the Client and extended Consultant team to ensure the successful completion of an assignment within a given timeline.

Responsibilities:
  • Prepare detailed design drawings, models and the drawing production.

  • Maintain organised records of drawings and their registers.
  • Prepare and carry out authority submission of drawings and documents.
Requirements:
  • Diploma in Civil Engineering or an equivalent recognised certificate.
  • Minimum 4 years of BIM experience in a Civil and Structural Consultancy firm.
  • Familiar with the latest authority submission requirements.

Proficient in Revit, AutoDesk, Autodesk Revit, Consultant Engineering, Liaise with Consultants, Microsoft Excel, Modeling, BIM, Drawing, Data Integration, 3D, Structural Engineering, Python, Communication Skills, AutoCAD, Consulting, Civil Engineering, Project Delivery.
About This Opportunity

This position requires strong technical knowledge and expertise in BIM software tools and technologies.

The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing detailed design drawings, models and the drawing production.
