About the Team

The Supply Chain Team is dedicated to establishing a flexible, stable, and efficient global supply chain framework. This includes systems for procurement, logistics, multi-country and multi-regional warehouse management, and last-mile delivery solutions, all aimed at providing seamless retail connectivity worldwide. The team continuously enhances processes through data analysis and algorithms to ensure a reliable customer experience while supporting operational staff in optimizing workflows and achieving new milestones.

Job Description

As the Lead Quality Assurance (QA) Engineer, you will collaborate with some of the brightest minds in the industry, working closely with Developers, Product Managers, and Quality Management teams to ensure the usability and quality of our essential functionalities that serve both internal stakeholders and external users.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Formulate and implement quality assurance strategies, policies, and procedures.
  • Guide and mentor a team of QA engineers, offering insights and performance evaluations.
  • Design and execute test plans, cases, and scripts to ensure comprehensive test coverage.
  • Engage with stakeholders to gather project requirements and devise appropriate testing strategies.
  • Oversee test environments, data management, and automation frameworks.
  • Evaluate quality metrics, pinpoint areas for enhancement, and initiate corrective measures.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • Over 2 years of experience in team leadership with robust people management capabilities.
  • More than 6 years of experience in backend software testing.
  • Proficient in database management, message queue systems, and caching components.
  • Expertise in Microservices contract testing and Agile Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) practices.
  • Experience in testing large-scale, complex projects.
  • Strong technical acumen with the ability to code in scripting languages such as Python.
  • Familiarity with the Go programming language is a plus.
