Job Title: Sr. Supply Planning Coordinator

Overview

The Senior Supply Planning Coordinator plays a critical role in ensuring the timely and efficient production of products at the Singapore plant. This position is responsible for managing production plans and operations requirements, working closely with internal and external stakeholders to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Develop and implement production plans that align with business objectives, taking into account inputs from across the organization.
  2. Manage requirement plans for the plant, ensuring timely availability of materials and products.
  3. Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to derive forecasts, requirements, and needs, and provide direct liaison with procurement and logistics teams.
  4. Manage the import and export of components or products to support demand plan activities.
  5. Maintain an understanding of short-term capacity availability and constraints, working with internal teams to manage order prioritization and balance fulfillment for plants' inbound materials.
  6. Manage inventory levels within target ranges for key materials and key locations, aiming to maintain adequate materials without increasing working capital costs.
  7. Support master data clean up and maintenance to drive consistent and standardized processes.
  8. Respond to changes in plan in a timely manner, updating material movement requirements and highlighting likely impact to the supply planning supervisor and manager.
  9. Support other Supply operations within the region to ensure Planning activities are aligned with Logistics and Procurement objectives.
  10. Support weekly and monthly inventory and other ad-hoc reports for both Demand and Supply Planning teams.
  11. Support company quality and safety systems through day-to-day activities and via formal feedback mechanisms as required.

Qualifications

Education & Experience Minums:

  • Diploma/Degree in Supply Chain or Chemical Engineering preferred.
  • SAP competency in materials management and supply planning typically acquired over 3 or more years of experience.
  • General knowledge of supply chain structures and procedures, global supply network interactions, and inventory management protocols typically acquired over 3 or more years of experience.
  • English language ability (both written and spoken) is required.
  • Proficiency in Excel is required.
  • Proficiency in Tableau and Power BI is preferred.
