Job Title: Clinic Executive

About the Role

This is a unique opportunity to join our team as a Clinic Executive. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for providing administrative support and delivering top-notch customer service.

You will work closely with patients, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to develop suitable treatment plans and ensure seamless care delivery.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Providing administrative support, including registration, scheduling appointments, maintaining accurate patient medical records, and cashiering.
  • Attending to customer inquiries and delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Working with patients to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Maintaining detailed and accurate treatment records and supporting day-to-day clinic operations.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • No prior experience is required, as training will be provided.
  • 1-2 years of sales experience in the retail/healthcare industry is preferred.
  • Prior healthcare/clinic/massage and spa setting experience is an asset.
  • Relevant beauty and service-related qualifications are a plus.
