Key Responsibilities
  • Interact directly with clients, mainly large corporates and MNCs, to understand their treasury needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Analyze market trends, assess risks, and develop strategies to optimize clients' treasury operations.
  • Partner with other stakeholders within the bank to recommend appropriate solutions and drive business growth.
  • Responsible for the sales and marketing of Treasury products and services, including foreign exchange, interest rate derivatives, and cross-border solutions.
  • Drive existing business to increase cross-sell opportunities and onboard new clients.
Requirements
  • A university degree in a business-related or computer science discipline.
  • 5 years of Treasury Sales experience, with strong corporate client relationships in FX/Treasury markets.
  • Excellent written and spoken Chinese to interact with Chinese corporates.
  • Self-starter with a highly motivated, entrepreneurial attitude.
  • Proactive, positive, and self-motivated.
  • Good understanding of electronic workflow and solutions is an advantage.
