Fogo is seeking an Affiliate Operations Specialist to manage the full lifecycle of affiliate operations, ensuring seamless collaboration between partners and business teams.

The ideal candidate will oversee onboarding, contracts, payouts, data validation, performance tracking, and campaign support.

  • Manage affiliate partnerships and ensure timely payments
  • Validate performance data and track commissions in coordination with Finance
  • Deliver regular performance reports and monitor KPIs to inform process improvements
  • Serve as a liaison between Business Development Managers, Finance, Legal, Product, and Marketing teams

This role requires strong analytical and data skills, including proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets. A background in digital marketing operations, preferably within crypto or fintech, is highly desirable.

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Managing affiliate relationships and ensuring timely payments
  2. Validating performance data and tracking commissions
  3. Delivering regular performance reports and monitoring KPIs

Requirements:

  • 2-4 years of experience in affiliate or digital marketing operations
  • Strong analytical and data skills (Excel, Google Sheets)
  • Proficiency in additional APAC languages a plus
