About This Role

WISELY 98 PTE LTD is seeking a highly motivated Facilities Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our residential and commercial properties.

Job Responsibilities
  • Plan, execute, and supervise facilities management and operational activities
  • Conduct meetings and project coordination for residential and commercial strata development
  • Invite quotations, evaluate services, and recommend corrective programs for repairs and maintenance
  • Administer contract renewals and issue contracts
Requirements

Candidates should possess a professional certificate or degree in estate management or related fields, with previous experience in managing condominiums, industrial, or commercial buildings. Key skills include:

  • Self-motivation and drive
  • Good interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills
  • Knowledge of Management Corporation Strata Title (MCST) and Building Maintenance & Strata Management (BMSM) Act
Additional Information

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work across multiple locations, with a competitive salary package including an estimated $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
