Role Overview:

A successful Delivery Supervisor must possess strong leadership qualities, excellent communication abilities, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.


Primary Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with other supervisors, Client Managers, and Implementation teams to coordinate solutions for client issues and questions.
  • Lead and provide guidance to the furniture service, furniture delivery, and furniture administration teams including hiring, training, work assignment coordination, employee development, and performance management.
  • Exhibit leadership in maintaining a safe working environment.
  • Coach, instruct, and train Delivery Merchandisers on processes and procedures necessary to optimize profit and productivity while delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Ensure timely approval and processing of cycle counts adjustments in SAP, maintaining accurate inventory change documentation to support cycle count audits.
  • Assist the Area Manager in planning, managing, and delivering routine and severe weather services.
  • Assign and supervise daily works and resources to ensure compliance with program requirements and maintenance schedules.
  • Support emergency response efforts, organize remedial repairs, and coordinate with relevant parties to restore normal operating conditions.
