Job Title: Hotel Operations Manager

  • The primary responsibility of the Hotel Operations Manager is to oversee all aspects of hotel operations, ensuring seamless delivery of services and exceeding guest expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage concierge, bell services, and doormen teams to ensure adherence to hotel policies and standards.
  • Train and develop team members in hospitality skills, striving for excellence in guest service.
  • Coordinate with other rooms division sections to ensure smooth workflow and efficient communication.
  • Oversee daily operations, including message, luggage, and parcel deliveries, to maintain high levels of guest satisfaction.
  • Ensure compliance with hotel policies and procedures, reporting any issues or complaints to senior management.

  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and prioritize tasks efficiently.
  • Strong knowledge of hotel operations, policies, and procedures.
