Job Title

Marine Service Engineer plays a pivotal role in the operation and maintenance of marine equipment, ensuring that they function efficiently and effectively. This position requires a high level of technical expertise, as well as strong problem-solving and communication skills.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Execute production, servicing, installation, and commissioning of marine equipment to meet quality standards.
  • Prepare diagrams for interconnection cabling of equipment delivered to customers, adhering to specifications and regulations.
  • Identify, document, and report any quality issues related to products and services, providing detailed analysis and recommendations for improvement.
  • Supervise technicians during production, servicing, installation, and commissioning activities, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and best practices.
  • Review, approve, and prepare service reports, summarizing key findings and recommendations for future improvements.

Requirements:
  • Minimum NTC/ITC or Diploma in Electronics Engineering (or equivalent) with at least 5 years of relevant work experience.
  • Proficient in computer systems, electronics, and telecommunication networks, with strong understanding of their applications and limitations.
  • Knowledge and experience in marine electronics and the offshore industry will be an added advantage, enabling effective collaboration and communication with stakeholders.
