  • As an on-site project leader, you will plan, execute and complete assigned projects.
  • You will delegate tasks to execute and fully complete assigned projects.
  • Coordination of communication with customers during all phases of the project is essential.
  • Coodination of work with subcontractors is also required.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Define scope, budget and schedule for projects
  • Develop project implementation methodology
  • Plan and oversee work schedule for multiple small to medium scale projects under responsibility, in coordination with supervisor
  • Identify potential project risks and recommend appropriate resolutions
  • Establish effective communication with customers
  • Track and update progress, task and project health to supervisors
  • Ensure compliance to applicable codes, practices, QA/QC policies, performance standards and specifications
  • Perform regular quality audit for all suppliers and sub-contractors
  • Identify and secure variation orders
  • Cost control: track, monitor and ensure delivery of financial commitment as per CIS
  • Manage reports and documents
  • Work closely with sales team for tender bidding
  • Supervise sub-contractors' work at site
  • Schedule purchase and deliveries of all materials for the project in a timely manner
  • Assign tasks to and supervise Assistant Project Engineer, Technician if any
  • System applications, drafting, data base generation and commissioning
  • Follow up regularly
