Job Title: Documentation Control Specialist

This role involves collaborating with various stakeholders to develop and implement control systems that maintain compliance with regulatory standards and internal protocols.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Compliance: Assist in creating documentation and reports for control systems, generate reports to assess control effectiveness, document form and report modifications, scrutinize projects for compliance risks, collect threat intelligence data, and conduct vulnerability assessments.
  • IT Services: Collaborate with developers/DevOps to ensure process adherence, contribute to tool development for error minimization, aid in root cause analysis, and create digital forms and documentation.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or relevant field
  • At least 1 year of experience in Compliance and IT Services
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Experience in report writing and support administrative documentation
  • Hands-on experience in governance and internal controls
