Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Bartender to join our team at Capella Singapore. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, preparing and serving a variety of beverages, and maintaining a clean and safe working environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare Beverages
    • Maintain knowledge of all liquor brands, beers, and non-alcoholic selections, correct glassware, and garnishes in the Bar.
    • Prepare a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
    • Maintain drinkware and beverage equipment needed for beverage preparation.
  • Deliver Guest Experience
    • Provide guests with an enjoyable experience.
    • Address guests' queries on different types of beverages.
    • Recommend alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages and food pairings to guests.
  • Maintain Hygiene, Safety, and Standards
    • Follow the organisation's personal, food, and beverage hygiene standards.
Talent Profile
  • 2 years' experience as a Bartender.
  • Possess food hygiene certification.
  • Ability to understand guests' service needs.
  • Ability to suggestively sell beverages and wines.
  • Ability to do customized drinks.
