Job Title: Flight Operations Specialist

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized individual to join our team as a Flight Operations Specialist. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about aviation and has a strong interest in flight planning, safety, and efficiency.

The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing operational flight plans, briefing packages, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. They will also be involved in coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, monitoring air traffic services, and attending to queries from pilots and other stakeholders.

This role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have a polytechnic diploma or GCE 'A' Levels and above, and relevant aviation experience would be advantageous but not necessary.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Preparing operational flight plans and briefing packages in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  • Coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Monitoring air traffic services and filing flight plans as required.
  • Attending to queries from pilots and other stakeholders regarding flight planning matters.
Requirements:
  • Polytechnic diploma or GCE 'A' Levels and above.
  • Relevant aviation experience (advantageous but not necessary).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
