**Learning Support Specialist Role**

  • This role is focused on providing targeted support to children with diverse learning needs.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Conduct standardised Learning and Development Support screening for children to identify potential learning difficulties.
  • Administer the Learning Support Package for cases requiring additional educational support.
  • Collaborate closely with therapy providers for in-class sessions aimed at promoting child development.
  • Work in conjunction with educators to ensure the well-being of children by engaging parents and external agencies/professionals.
  • Manage administrative duties related to programme implementation, including data tracking and reporting.
  • Provide input and recommendations to Centre leaders and educators regarding children attending the EIPIC programme.

**Qualifications & Skills:**

  • Degree in Early Childhood Education or equivalent qualification.
  • Specialist Diploma in Early Childhood Learning Support.
  • At least one year of relevant early childhood experience.
