Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Project Coordination Specialist to oversee the successful delivery of our construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project coordination, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively with various stakeholders.

The Project Coordination Specialist will be responsible for coordinating daily sub-contractors' meetings, ensuring compliance with project targets and schedules, and monitoring site progress and safety standards. They will also be required to inspect subcontractors' works, identify any non-conformities, and take remedial actions as necessary.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 3 years' relevant experience in Singapore, with a strong understanding of construction practices, regulations, and industry standards. They will be equipped with excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work well under pressure.
