Description:
The role of Admissions and Marketing Professional is pivotal in driving student enrolment, admissions, and promoting the school's marketing initiatives. This position requires a strong customer-centric approach to lead student recruitment and enrolment opportunities through various channels. The incumbent will be responsible for analysing prospective student applications, filtering them accordingly, and maintaining accurate records and reports on the entry process of students.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct high-quality school tours to ensure an excellent customer experience.
  • Drive student recruitment and enrolment opportunities via multiple channels.
  • Analyse and filter prospective student applications effectively.
  • Maintain precise records and reports on the student entry process.
  • Foster positive relationships with stakeholders and prospective parents.
  • Coordinate social media presence, digital marketing, and promotional materials to enhance school visibility.


Requirements:

  • Relevant working experience of at least 8-10 years.
  • Prior customer-centric administration experience is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with private education and the local community in Singapore.
  • Strong initiative to follow up with prospective parents.
  • Affinity for education and effective communication skills.
  • Detailed-oriented, computer literate, and excellent written and oral English communication skills.
