About the Role

This position involves ensuring that code written by thousands of engineers is securely versioned, expertly reviewed, quickly compiled, comprehensively tested, and widely distributed.

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Engineer to design, deploy, and manage autonomous AI systems to improve the software development lifecycle.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Create solutions to manage and optimize the performance of AI-driven engineering agents.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration into existing workflows.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Minimum 10 years of experience: in programming, software engineering, or similar roles.
  • Proficiency in multiple languages: strong skills in at least one: Golang, Python, Java, or C++.
  • Solid software engineering fundamentals.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, monitoring solutions.
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders: drive consensus, and influence outcomes; strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
