Project Manager (Electrical)

This role requires a seasoned professional to oversee the execution of electrical projects. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, be able to analyze complex problems and develop effective solutions, and demonstrate a deep understanding of project coordination principles.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and within budget
  • Analyze project data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve conflicts and ensure successful project outcomes
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in the electrical industry
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Masters degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
  • Experience with construction scheduling software
