Project Lead

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Project Lead to oversee the successful execution of projects.

About the Role:
  • The Project Lead will be responsible for managing all aspects of project delivery, including planning, budgeting, and resource allocation.
  • This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication, and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
  • Ensure timely completion of projects by leading and motivating project teams.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as business, engineering, or computer science.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to stakeholder satisfaction.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
