Job OverviewWe are seeking an accomplished Air Freight Operations Manager to oversee the smooth execution of air freight movements.Key Responsibilities:
  • Direct daily import and export freight movements, ensuring accurate shipment tracking.
  • Coordinate with Customer Service, Warehouse, and vendors to achieve prompt cargo clearance and delivery.
  • Provide timely updates on delivery timelines and respond to shipment-related inquiries.
  • Maintain accurate records of shipment milestones in the system.
  • Assist with operational tasks and special projects as directed by the supervisor.
Qualifications & Skills:
  • Degree in Logistics or Supply Chain Management.
  • Experience in air freight operations is a plus.
  • Positive attitude, team-oriented, and eager to learn.
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical problem-solving skills.
  • Self-driven and resourceful, with a continuous improvement mindset.
  • Ability to thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced environment while upholding safety and quality standards.
