Are you an aspiring interior designer looking for a new challenge? Do you have what it takes to bring residential properties in Singapore from concept to completion?

As a senior interior designer with Staffking, you will be responsible for designing and developing residential properties in Singapore. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and preferences, and use your skills and experience to create stunning layouts, architectural concepts, and design solutions that meet their expectations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop residential properties in Singapore from concept to completion.
  • Prepare construction and tender drawings following URA guidelines.
  • Create layouts, architectural concepts, and design solutions for clients.
  • Use AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Photoshop for 2D/3D drawings and presentations.
  • Choose materials, colors, and finishes, and coordinate with project teams to ensure quality and timely delivery.

Requirements:
  • Candidate with 1 year experience in designing landed properties/houses in Singapore are welcome to apply.
