Job Title: Executive Leader


About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Leader to support the development, implementation and management of clinical programs within our Clinical Services Office.

This role involves collaboration with healthcare professionals and patients to promote health and wellness through education, support and evidence-based interventions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and administer clinical programs, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including allied health professionals, clinicians, nursing and relevant professionals, to provide integrated care for patients.
  • Provide administrative support to clinical programs, including preparation of reports and presentations, logistics for events, workflow development, etc.
  • Arrange meetings, prepare agendas and take minutes.
  • Monitor trends and conduct basic data analysis.
  • Assist with submission of data to hospitals and national registries as required.
  • Continuous involvement in quality improvement workflows and projects.
  • Organize educational workshops, events and support groups as required.
  • Manage program budgets for assigned programs and events.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Public Health, Nursing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years in program coordination or a related field.
  • Experience in related areas (e.g. healthcare, program management, data analytics) would be advantageous.
  • Able to multi-task and with good project management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage diverse populations.
  • Proficient in data analysis and program evaluation methodologies.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
