Job Title: Healthcare Professional

Clinic Assistants/Enrolled Nurses play a vital role in the healthcare sector, providing exceptional patient care and ensuring seamless administrative processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate daily patient administration, scheduling appointments and handling emergencies with promptness and efficiency.
  • Chaperone and assist doctors during consultations and procedures, providing expert care and advice to patients.
  • Perform phlebotomy procedures, prepare medications, and maintain accurate patient records.
  • Ensure a clean and hygienic environment, adhering to highest standards of patient safety and confidentiality.
  • Maintain sterility of medical equipment, report needed changes, and promote a culture of excellence within the team.
Administrative Tasks:
  • Monitor stock and supplies, anticipate needs, and inform management to place orders.
  • Verify receipt of supplies, perform end-of-day finance settlement, and utilize clinical management software efficiently.
Essential Skills:
  • Basic computer skills, Microsoft Office proficiency, and expertise in clinical management software.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to multitask in fast-paced environments.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Valid phlebotomy certificate and training in CPR & AED.
