Job Title: Aesthetic Specialist

  1. Perform facial and aesthetic treatments, ensuring the highest standards of care and client satisfaction.
  2. Assist doctors during medical aesthetic procedures, working closely with the medical team to ensure seamless execution.
  3. Promote company services and products, building strong relationships with clients and driving business growth.
  4. Handle pre-and post-procedure care, attending to patients' needs and ensuring their comfort throughout the process.
  5. Contribute to front desk duties, including scheduling appointments, handling phone calls, and managing inventory.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in an aesthetic clinic or beauty salon, with a strong understanding of industry best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues alike.
  • Comfortable working weekends and retail hours, with flexibility to adapt to changing circumstances.
