Job Role

As an IT Systems Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless operation of our IT infrastructure. This involves conducting routine maintenance checks, identifying and resolving technical issues, and providing expert support as needed.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform regular system audits to prevent potential downtime and optimize system performance.
  • Develop and implement effective troubleshooting strategies to quickly resolve technical issues.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery and timely resolution of customer complaints.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Nitec or Diploma in Infocomm Technology (or equivalent).
  • No prior experience necessary; we encourage applicants from diverse backgrounds to apply.
  • CCNA certification is highly desirable.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including standby duties on a rotating basis.
  • Strong understanding of computer networks, operating systems, and hardware components.
