Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Service Crew to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience for our guests.

Responsibilities:
  • To take, prepare, and serve food and drinks orders in a timely and efficient manner.
  • To operate the cash register and handle customer payments accurately.
  • To maintain a high standard of cleanliness and organization in the workstation and surrounding areas.
  • To adhere to health and sanitation regulations at all times.


Requirements:

We are looking for candidates who possess excellent communication skills, a strong ability to multitask, and a passion for providing exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate should have prior experience working in the F&B industry, preferably in cafes or restaurants.

Able to work on weekends and public holidays is essential.
