Job Title: Service Crew

We are seeking a reliable and skilled Service Crew to join our team. As a Service Crew, you will be responsible for ensuring that customers receive excellent service while maintaining a clean and safe environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To prepare and serve food and beverages in a fast-paced environment.
  • To maintain high standards of customer service and ensure that all customers are satisfied with their experience.
  • To work effectively as part of a team to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
  • To maintain a clean and safe working environment at all times.
  • To adhere to company policies and procedures and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

Requirements:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Able to lift up to 10kg of heavy objects.
  • Able to stand for long periods of time and walk between locations.
  • Able to work flexible hours including weekends and public holidays.
