Job Title: Trade Support Assistant/Executive

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Provide administrative support to the trading department, ensuring efficient operations and accurate record-keeping.
  • Assist with market analysis, reports, and presentations to inform business decisions and drive growth.
  • Prepare and execute commercial contracts and relevant documents, including trading, hedging, and shipping contracts, in compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain a systematic database of contracts and documents, ensuring accuracy and ease of access.
  • Monitor, manage, and provide summary reports on the status and performance of commercial trades, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Liaise with internal and external parties to resolve contract-related disputes and disagreements.
  • Support ad-hoc projects as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.

**Requirements:**

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or Maritime Studies, or diploma with at least 2 years' work experience in oil trading industry and similar role.
  • Those without experience but with maritime/trading education are encouraged to apply.

**Ideal Candidate Profile:**

  • Meticulous, diligent, and professional individual with excellent drafting and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft office applications, including Word and Excel.
