You will embark on a 2-year journey of structured rotations across various departments and concepts, gaining invaluable insights into the inner workings of our business.

Throughout this experience, you will directly support senior leadership teams in all aspects of running a successful venture.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Running business performance analysis reports for all venues
  • Creating feasibility studies for new project launches
  • Leading engagements with external partners and clients
  • Supporting key functions such as HR, Finance, Data Analytics, and Property & Project Management
  • Working shifts at restaurants to develop a deep understanding of the hospitality industry

You will be directly involved in shaping memorable experiences for our guests, contributing to our mission of making the city more lovable through intentional hospitality.

The programme is divided into two phases:

  • Phase 1 (4 months): Supporting Venue operations, 2 days a week, and Supporting HQ operations, 3 days a week
  • Phase 2 (20 months): Supporting HQ operations, 5 days a week

Job Scopes:

TLBG HQ:

  • Lead business performance analysis and reporting for all TLBG venues
  • Support business development projects
  • Assist leaders in conducting business analysis and feasibility studies
  • Participate in rotational assignments across various departments and functions to develop a broad understanding of our business

At the Venues:

  • Participate in rotational assignments across various TLBG venues to develop a broad understanding of our business
  • Assist venue leaders in rostering, management reports, manpower planning, and business development and optimisation
