Key Responsibilities- Provide Professional Nursing Care
- Deliver patient-centered care, adhering to the highest standards of nursing practice and ensuring treatments and clinical procedures are carried out in accordance with established protocols.
- Conduct thorough assessments, develop and implement individualized care plans, and evaluate patient outcomes to ensure optimal health and well-being.

- Work closely with multidisciplinary teams, including doctors, therapists, and other healthcare professionals, to ensure seamless care coordination and effective communication.

- Adhere to Regulatory Requirements
- Comply with relevant laws, regulations, and standards, including the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA), to ensure the confidentiality and security of patient information.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices.
- Education and Certification
- Hold a valid nursing certificate (SNB) and a degree in nursing or a related field.
- Experience
- At least 2 years of experience in a clinical setting, preferably in a similar role or with relevant experience in healthcare management.
- Skills and Competencies
- Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Possess strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.
