  • As a key player, you will work closely with our leadership team to develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies aligned with our company's goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Strategy and Execution
  • Develop and implement tailored sales plans to target key growth segments and secure new clients through proactive planning and execution of sales activities.
  • Generate high-quality sales leads and foster long-term relationships with both new and existing clients.
Customer Relationship Management
  • Establish and maintain strong partnerships with clients, delivering exceptional customer service and support to ensure timely and smooth delivery of client orders.
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to drive business results and achieve shared objectives.
Performance Metrics and Credit Management
  • Consistently meet or exceed sales targets, contributing to the company's revenue growth.
  • Effectively manage client credit performance to maintain healthy account balances.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Proven track record of success in B2B sales or relevant sales experience, preferably 1 year or more.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills are essential for building and maintaining effective relationships.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven by KPIs to deliver results.
