We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Site Maintenance Associate to join our team at THINK ONE LEASING PTE. LTD.

About the Role

This is a part-time position requiring 5 days of work per week, with each day consisting of 4 hours.

The working hours are flexible, with an option to start as early as 8:30 am and end by 6:15 pm.

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of assigned areas within the premises.

Key Responsibilities
  • Clean and maintain the premises, including sweeping floors, emptying trash bins, and ensuring overall tidiness.
  • Sweep the floors and ramps on levels 1, 3, and 4 in the basement.
Requirements

While not mandatory, relevant work experience in cleaning or a related field is preferred.

Location and Work Arrangements

The job is located in Ubi, providing a convenient location for those living in the area.

Skills and Qualifications

Candidates must possess excellent cleaning skills, particularly in office and housekeeping settings.

Familiarity with specialized cleaning techniques such as dry cleaning, sanitation, window cleaning, area rug cleaning, carpet cleaning, and vacuum cleaning is an added advantage.

Estimated Salary

Ranging from SGD $18 to SGD $25 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications, this role offers a competitive salary package.
