Job Title: Process Machine Operator

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled individual to operate production machines, manage chemical batch processes, conduct quality testing, and maintain production standards.

  • Operate chemical production equipment according to batch instructions and safety protocols
  • Select, load, and process raw materials while adhering to established procedures
  • Perform in-process quality checks, report any deviations, and implement corrective actions
  • Maintain a clean working environment and perform basic maintenance tasks as required
  • Pack final products and assist with shipping preparations
  • Train junior operators and contribute to ongoing process improvements
  • Ensure adherence to GMP, OSHA, and internal safety guidelines
Key Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will require strong technical skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and the ability to work independently. Relevant certifications, such as GMP or OSHA, would be an advantage.
