Job Title: Master Culinary Expert

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Senior Cook to join our culinary team. As a Senior Cook, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking all types of Indian dishes as per our restaurant menu and recipes.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in bulk cooking, with excellent multitasking skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. You will assist other cooks and chefs to prepare and cook all food dishes as per restaurant arrangements, including washing, cutting, and preparing ingredients, following food health and safety procedures.

Responsibilities include:

  • Preparing and cooking Indian dishes according to recipe and menu specifications
  • Assisting other cooks and chefs with food preparation and presentation
  • Maintaining a clean and safe kitchen environment
  • Following food health and safety procedures
  • Working effectively in a team-based bulk cooking environment
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in Indian cuisine
  • Excellent multitasking skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to lift heavy objects and stand for long periods
  • No formal education required, but relevant training or certification is preferred
