We are seeking dynamic individuals to join our team as Tele-Surveyors/Callers for a 3-year contract. This is an excellent opportunity for those who enjoy engaging in conversations, persuading people to share their opinions, and contributing to making Singapore a safe place to live.
The ideal candidate will possess strong influencing skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, and exceptional interpersonal communication skills. They will be responsible for conducting national surveys, asking questions based on provided questionnaires, and inputting responses into an online system.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting national surveys to gather valuable insights from the public
- Asking questions based on questionnaire provided to ensure accurate data collection
- Inputting responses into the online system for efficient data management
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Influencing skills to persuade individuals to share their opinions
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills to build rapport with respondents
- Data entry skills to accurately input responses into the online system
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Surveys and customer service experience an asset
